Refurbishment
Refurbishment is one of our core services. We have had a wide range of experience including school and office refurbishment etc. We have refurbished these spaces following flood or fire damage and have restored them to their former conditions. Our skills in the industry make our work second to none.
A recent school refurbishment project was the restoration of a flooded lecture theatre. The condition of the building was poor as it had also been disused for over ten years. Within 8 weeks we were able to restore the work area and install flooring, allowing the area to be used as a dance studio as well as a lecture theatre and training room. Air conditioning was also added to the original plans and accommodated by ceiling cassettes. This project demonstrated out ability to work with any conditions, in a fast and cost effective manner, providing high quality results fit to the client’s specifications.
