Refurbishment

Refurbishment is one of Adept's core services. The company has had a wide range of experience in commercial environments.

The lecture theatre/dance studio shown below was completely refurbished following extensive damage by flooding. The condition of the building was poor as it had also been disused for over ten years. Within 8 weeks Adept was able to restore the work area and install flooring, allowing the area to be used as a dance studio as well as a lecture theatre and training room. Air conditioning was also added to the original plans and accommodated by ceiling cassettes. This project demonstrated out ability to work with any conditions, in a fast and cost effective manner, providing high quality results fit to the client’s specifications.
